Our Values

Vorwerk Gruppe Unternehmenskultur Hero 02

Vorwerk connects people

What has defined Vorwerk for generations goes beyond product quality and innovation — it’s how we work together: built on trust, respect, openness, and genuine closeness.

Relationships are at the heart of our company — across customers, advisors, employees, and partners worldwide — shaping our culture and our standards every day.

Especially in direct sales, diverse backgrounds and perspectives are a real strength: they spark new ideas and energy and make personal encounters authentic. That’s why we nurture an environment where ownership, personal development, and shared growth can flourish.

Showing responsibility also means taking a clear stand: integrity, fairness, and respectful interaction guide how we act — inside and out.

Lasting trust is not built by words alone, but by people who take responsibility and bring our values to life every day.

Compliance at Vorwerk: Take a look, bring it up

When problems or conflicts arise, we are committed to responding personally and on an equal footing. That is why we encourage you to openly identify and directly address any suspected breaches of compliance.

For us, compliance means taking responsibility together — towards colleagues, business partners and society. We firmly believe that it is important to raise or report problems or conflicts in order to create a fair and safe corporate culture.

Report compliance breaches securely — directly to your manager or anonymously via our digital reporting system. Because your voice matters.

Trust & Tell reporting mechanism

Compliance breaches can be reported securely via our Trust & Tell reporting mechanism.
There are several ways to report concerns confidentially:

  1. In person or via internal channels: Raise the matter directly with your line manager, your business contact or the relevant department. Alternatively, you can speak to your local People & Culture or compliance department.

  2. Anonymously via the SpeakUp whistleblowing system: If you cannot or do not wish to contact your manager or another person directly, use our digital whistleblowing portal SpeakUp, available in more than ten languages. Not only our employees, but also business partners and external sales advisors can submit a report via this channel.

Whichever route you choose, your reports will be treated confidentially. Whistleblowers are protected by law if their report is made in good faith.
