Strategic management of the Vorwerk Group is based at Vorwerk SE & Co. KG in Wuppertal. Since January 1, 2026, the Executive Board of Vorwerk SE & Co. KG has been composed of Dr. Thomas Stoffmehl (CEO) and Hauke Paasch (CFO).
In a dual role, Dr. Thomas Stoffmehl also leads Vorwerk HOME — ensuring a close link between strategy and execution.

Vorwerk HOME, headquartered in Wollerau (Switzerland), is where sales strength and product come together. It is an integrated platform for our global direct selling, product, technology, and marketing functions, with responsibility from the first concept through development and the supply chain to sales and the customer experience for our brands Kobold and Folletto, Thermomix® and Bimby®. The goal: a growing community and consistent, strong brand experiences.

The Supervisory Board of the Vorwerk Group consists of members of the Mittelsten Scheid company-founding family as well as external experts. It supports and advises the company’s leadership with experience, expertise, and market insight.
The Chair of the Supervisory Board is Dr. Rainer Hillebrand. The members of the Supervisory Board who are part of the founding family are Daniel Klüser (Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board), Wolfgang Kölker, and Dr. Timm Mittelsten Scheid. Dr. Jörg Mittelsten Scheid is Honorary Chair and served as a Member of the Supervisory Board up to 31 December 2025. Other external members are Dr. Hildegard Bison, Frank Losem, and Dr. Stefan Nöken.
