About the Product and Service Notices

 

The EU has introduced new rules – the EU Data Act – that give you as a customer/user more transparency about the data generated when you use our connected products and related services.

These rules (Article 3(2) and (3) of the EU Data Act) require us to inform you about:

• What data is generated by your product or service?
• How you can access it.
• How you can share it with others if you choose

 

We call these explanations our Product and Service Notices.
 

On this page, you can find the Notices for each country where we operate.

• Click on your country’s flag to see the information for your location.
• Once there, you can select your product or service and view the Notice.
• Notices are listed in order of their date of effect, so you can easily find the most up-to-date version.
