Vorwerk once again certified as a Top Employer
Vorwerk SE & Co. KG has once again been certified as a Top Employer in 2024. We performed particularly well in the overarching categories of Steer and Develop.
The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR categories consisting of 20 topics, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Wellbeing.
Compared to the previous year, the overall score has remained almost the same at 83.9%. The top result includes the Develop category, which is represented by the three areas of Performance, Career and Training and is above the benchmark. The areas of Business Strategy and Working Environment scored an even 100%.
"We are happy to have been certified as a top employer for the third time in a row. This is also due to the fact that we have made significant progress in the area of HR Digitalisation," says Carina Kramer, Specialist HR Development Operations at Group People & Culture.
The areas of Organisation & Change and Onboarding are also among the top results compared to the benchmark.
